The Denix replica of the Sten Mark II replicates the proportions and weight of the 1941 original, capturing the mechanical feel with an all-metal construction. The detachable tubular stock and removable side magazine preserve the recognizable silhouette of the British World War II weapon. The cocking mechanism and firing pin are functional: the bolt cocks and the firing pin strikes, which sets this piece apart from a mere decorative cast, offering a faithful replica for display, historical reenactment, or collection.
This replica is completely incapable of firing: the barrel is blocked, and the weapon cannot chamber any ammunition. It is not subject to any licensing requirements, and both its sale and possession are unrestricted in France. Because of its resemblance to a real firearm, transport it in its original packaging or in a closed case, and do not display it in public. Intended for collecting, decoration, historical reenactment, or cosplay, it replicates the appearance and weight of the firearm without the ability to fire.
Handle the replica with a cloth or wipe it down with a microfiber cloth after each use to minimize smudges on the metal. To showcase it, display it in a closed showcase or on a wall-mounted display stand, preferably in its original packaging when transporting it. Avoid handling it frequently and protect it from moisture to preserve its appearance.
