These One Piece metal swords are steel replicas of the blades from the series: Zoro’s katanas, Trafalgar Law’s Kikoku, Mihawk’s Yoru, as well as Shanks’s sword, Gol D. Roger’s sword, and Cavendish’s rapier. These are collectible replicas, designed for display, decoration, and cosplay.

Start with the blade. Most replicas have a 440 stainless steel blade, often in two tones, sometimes decorated in three tones, such as the Shodai Kitetsu katana. Most katanas measure between 100 and 105 cm and weigh about 1 kg with the scabbard.
A sword from One Piece isn't always a katana. Shanks the Red's Sword features an 80-cm blade, a gold-plated metal guard with a large ring, and a midnight blue lacquered sheath. In One Piece, the most renowned swords are classified by rank: 12 supreme-rank blades (Saijō Ō Wazamono), 21 grand-rank blades (Ō Wazamono), and 50 third-rank blades (Ryō Wazamono). Only five of the twelve supreme swords have been revealed to date, and three are reproduced in the collection: Mihawk’s Yoru, the Shodai Kitetsu—the first sword in the Kitetsu lineage—and Ace, Gol D. Roger’s boarding sword.
Zoro's trio is available here in 440 steel: Wado Ichimonji, with a white-lacquered scabbard and a circular guard made of aged metal, the Sandai Kitetsu, with a cross-shaped guard and a red braid, and the purple Enma, with a clover-shaped hilt and a scabbard adorned with golden flowers. Outside the retinue, Gol D. Roger's sword, featuring a steel «spoon-shaped» hilt, rounds out a display case dedicated to the series’ most iconic characters, alongside Shiliew’s Raiu and King’s katana.
Cavendish’s Durandal takes its name from a legendary sword: that of Roland, Charlemagne’s nephew in the Song of Roland, composed in the 11th century. According to legend, Roland attempted to break it against a rock at Roncesvalles to prevent it from falling into enemy hands, but it was the rock that split. In Rocamadour, a sword presented as Durandal has been documented since the 16th century; replaced several times, its latest replica—embedded in the cliff—was stolen in June 2024.
The black wooden display stand Displays the scabbard—resting on red velvet to prevent scratches—and the drawn blade on two levels. Keep the replica away from moisture and direct sunlight, which can damage the lacquer, the cotton braid, and the faux leather. Dust off the scabbard with a soft, dry cloth, without using solvents or abrasive products. On the steel, Ballistol All-Purpose Oil, applied in a thin layer, protects the blade.
A metal blade draws the eye: your friends will want to see it and touch it. Keep a cloth lightly dampened with oil nearby to wipe away fingerprints right away; the acidity in fingerprints can dull the steel, no matter how high-quality it is.
The Law Kikoku is available in lengths of 103 to 104 cm, with a light brown, black, or purple braid, and in a large size of 143 cm, with a brown or purple braid. All versions feature a white fur guard—synthetic on some models—and a black lacquered scabbard decorated with crosses. An LED-illuminated version rounds out the series.
Both feature a steel «pot spoon» guard and a brown cotton braided cord. The first, with a narrow, three-tone blade, measures 101 cm including its black-lacquered wooden sheath adorned with yellow. The second model, which is 95 cm long, has a decorated steel blade and a black faux-leather shoulder-strap sheath.
Yes: Metal replicas are restricted to adults. When transporting your lightsaber, always keep it in its box or in a case; never carry it by hand in public. At trade shows and conventions, metal replicas are usually prohibited, and sometimes even wooden ones: replicas are generally only allowed there for cosplayers during parades.
