Replica of the Aragorn Ring Barahir in The Lord of the Rings

The Aragorn Ring Barahir is absolutely splendid for a low-priced replica! This Ring is by no means a power Ring. The Ring of Barahir (also known as the Ring of Felagund) is the name given to a ring made by the Ñoldor in Valinor and originally worn by Finrod Felagund. At the battle of Dagor Bragollach, Barahir covered the latter's retreat, and he gave him this ring as a sign of his gratitude. When Barahir was killed in Dorthonion, his hand and ring were cut off by the Orcs as proof of his death. However, Barahir's son Beren managed to recover his hand and ring. The ring then passed to Beren's son Dior Eluchíl, then to Elwing, Elros and the kings of Númenor. Tar-Elendil gave it to his eldest daughter Silmariën, who was unable to ascend the throne and entrusted it to her son Valandil, first lord of Andúnië. It remained in this family until Elendil. Brought back to Middle-earth by Elendil, it became one of the royal treasures of the Kingdom of Arnor and the House of Isildur. Kept in Rivendell, Elrond entrusted it to Aragorn when he revealed his lineage. Aragorn gave it to Arwen at their wedding.
