Depending on the choice of carrier and rate, delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours, depending on region and country. Here are a few examples:
- If you live in Paris and the surrounding area: 24-hour deadline
- Marseille and mountainous regions: 48 hours
- For other regions of France: between 24h and 48h
- For Belgium and Luxembourg: 48 h delay
- For Europe and Switzerland: 72 h or more if customs.
As soon as your parcel leaves our premises, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number so that you can follow it. GLS and DPD also send you an SMS on the day of delivery and/or to make an appointment if you are not present. In the case of Points Relais, you will receive an SMS as soon as your parcel is available.

You have the right to change your mind, without giving any explanation. To do this, you have 14 days to inform us of your return, via our form. Then return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging. They must not have been used or damaged for any reason whatsoever. RMC reserves the right to refuse returns under these conditions.
If you want to return an item because you've changed your mind, it's easy. Simply fill in our returns form. Make sure the item is in its original, sealed packaging and complies with our conditions. For faster processing, please enter your order number and specify whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund.
Return your parcel to our address. We remind you that in this case, the cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.
In the case of a refund request, we will wait for your return to check that everything complies with our returns policy. After approval by the relevant department, we will refund your order using the same method of payment you used for your purchase.
Of course, it may happen that an item is defective. We will apply the warranty applicable to certain brands of products. We will send you photos of the defect(s). We will then exchange the item for a new one. However, it is understood that this guarantee will not be applicable if the defect is caused by negligence (e.g. falls, shocks), failure to follow the instructions or inappropriate use and maintenance.
