Return your parcel to our address. We remind you that in this case, the cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.
In the case of a refund request, we will wait for your return to check that everything complies with our returns policy. After approval by the relevant department, we will refund your order using the same method of payment you used for your purchase.
Of course, it may happen that an item is defective. We will apply the warranty applicable to certain brands of products. We will send you photos of the defect(s). We will then exchange the item for a new one.
